American Econo-Clad Library Editions
These Trixie Belden library-bound hardcovers have been made from original paperback copies and were likely bound during the years that the Trixie Belden books were issued in the paperback format. Most of the books have a sticker on the front cover indicating that they were bound by American Econo-Clad Services or Econo-Clad Books in Topeka, Kansas. The cover of each paperback has been removed from the text block and glued to the hardcover boards, and the text block is bound inside the hardcover boards. On some copies only the front cover is glued to the boards while on other copies both the front and back covers are glued to the hardcover boards.
